Imaverick International Corp ( iMIC):

Innovating Luxury, Construction, and Synergy

in Property Development"

Imaverick International Corp. (iMIC) is a dynamic and diversified company, rooted in its beginnings as the Philippine arm of the luxury Italian glass mosaic brand, Bisazza. Founded in 2012 by Ric Vincent Atienza, iMIC emerged when Atienza, motivated by a commitment to his workforce, took over Bisazza’s local operations after a global restructuring. Under his leadership, iMIC became the exclusive distributor of Bisazza’s renowned luxury glass mosaic products in the Philippines, with a focus on high-end applications in both residential and commercial spaces.

Since its inception, iMIC has expanded far beyond product distribution. It has grown into a full-service provider offering design, installation, and value-added solutions to both local and international clients. At the heart of iMIC’s operations is a commitment to promoting Filipino craftsmanship, particularly in intricate glass mosaic work. The company’s projects span prestigious international venues, including casinos in Macau and luxury pools within the Philippines.

In 2013, iMIC broadened its portfolio by acquiring Kitchen Studio, a company specializing in bespoke kitchen cabinetry. This acquisition gave birth to iMIC Kitchensquare, which serves high-end clients seeking custom kitchen solutions. Today, iMIC offers a diverse range of services and products that include glass mosaic artistry, kitchen craftsmanship, and resort development. One of its most notable projects is Hotel Atienza in Baler, Aurora, which showcases iMIC’s expertise in construction, fit-out, and resort management. The company is committed to expanding its presence across the Asia-Pacific region, driven by a strategy of synergistic diversification.

In 2013, iMIC was recognized as a finalist for the Ford Quality Company of the Year at the prestigious Asia CEO Awards, standing alongside industry giants. Just three years later, in 2016, the company achieved even greater success, becoming a finalist for the ASEAN Company of the Year and winning the esteemed SME Company of the Year award. These accomplishments reflected iMIC's industry impact. Simultaneously, Ric Atienza, the company’s founder, was a finalist for both the Global Filipino Executive of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year, solidifying iMIC's reputation as a leading innovator in the field.

At every step, iMIC upholds core values of professionalism, integrity, and innovation, striving to build a legacy of excellence in each of its endeavors.

                                   Vision

At iMIC Synergy, our vision is to democratize property development, creating a platform where industry barriers are dismantled, allowing every player—from landowners to investors and contractors—to participate in the development process without traditional financial constraints. By fostering inclusive, collaborative environments where products, expertise, and resources can be exchanged as equity, we aim to accelerate the growth of real estate projects. This innovative approach will unlock new opportunities for development, enabling sustainable economic growth in the Philippines and beyond.

                                  Mission

Our mission is to provide a revolutionary framework for easier, synergistic collaboration among all players in the real estate industry. Through our online platform, we offer models such as Built, Operate, Transfer (BOT), Joint Ventures (JV), and other bespoke systems underpinned by a tested framework of agreements. These agreements foster long-term partnerships built on trust and understanding, enhancing project value while minimizing risks and exposure for all parties involved. Our platform's ultimate goal is to reduce development costs, drive higher returns on investment, and contribute to sustainable economic growth by making property development accessible to all participants, whether through their financial investments or contributions of expertise.

                      Mission for Growth

We are committed to accelerating property development by providing a platform that acts like a stock exchange for the real estate and construction sectors, but with one crucial difference: anyone can participate, even without cash. By offering products, services, and industry knowledge as equity, participants can collaborate on developments in a way that has traditionally been inaccessible to many. This creates a pathway for economic development that transcends conventional financial limitations. Our mission for growth extends beyond the Philippines, with the intention to scale our platform to other regions, enabling widespread participation and promoting economic development through property democratization.

By bringing together a network of collaborators, we align business growth with the larger mission of fostering inclusive development practices that help drive economic progress at local, regional, and global levels.
